In order to obtain Turkish Citizenship by employing 50 people, you shall have a business established in Turkey. You can establish business in Turkey, in variety of forms. Following the establishment of company, the company shall start to operate. Once it reaches to 50 employees, person should apply to Ministry of Labor and Social Security and have detection of creating 50 jobs. If eligible, Ministry will issue a certificate of eligibility. On the way to the citizenship, person should collect the required documents to have resident permit.
Then with required documents, person shall apply for a resident permit. Following obtainment of resident permit, the last stage is to apply to the Provincial Directorate of Census and Citizenship for citizenship with required documents.
After decision of ministry, foreign finally can have citizenship.
